LET YOUR HAIR DOWN

Well, you do not need long hair to do this. HEhe, even with short hair like me, you can let your hair down. That means be free to life!

It starts with little things when letting life in your veins. Counting your blessings. Using what you have , like the gifts and talents, nothing beats the feeling of being praised for your gift or talent. So let us see what you have got.

So , the other day I went to the internet cafe to find out things I can do before I could turn 18. Yep, they are really funny, immature, nice and amazing things to do. Like going to a place you've never been too. Drinking an uncooked egg. Pranking you parents or siblings. Going out with friends. My personal favourite was of painting your room with different colors and getting a Drivers learners!Well the list is endless.
I've done a few and already I feel better, happier and even more out going. It is a part of letting your hair down.

Sometimes it the people we spend time with who keep us locked in our souls, abilities and they swallow our energy to life. Onething I like about letting your hair down is the EXPERIENCE! Nothing beats doing somethjing for the very first time!Something you fear. Like Most of people are afraid of heights, water and speed- Try that out! And those little things like talking in crowds, love, playing and even freedom!
Remember it all a step at a time and can lead you to Break free. It is better to know than to hear how it is done-

Letting your hair also include helping , showing Ubuntu-It feeds your soul , right? One time if you on a taxi , pay for someone next to you. Tie someones' shoes and spill a joke. At the end of the day , you are happy and the other person too!

God gave us the power to all. If we sqeeze ourselves to daily routines we will end up being the most boring generation, which only lived to the normal. A full circle is 360 degrees- Don't live a 180 degrees life!

Experience a little!

YOUR ACTIONS SHOULD MATCH YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS!

Visitations from Higher Education!

We were fortunate enough to get inspiration more than four times during our first term from various educational institutions!
I personally think this kind of sessions should be given as early as grade eleven, this leads to my confession of saying: Grade 11 is the most important grade of your high school life because it literally is the gateway to tertiary. Grade 12 is important too, it is the proof of your 12 years in school!
This is what you should be getting in grade eleven to have more chances of being accepted in University. I’ll
Take the major courses.
Course
Required subjects levels points
Science and Medicine Physics, L.S, Maths. 5-7 30>
Commerce Acc, Maths/lit. 5-7 30>
IT and computers Physc,Maths 4-7 31>
Humanities Math/lit,Eng 4-7 26>

To calculate your points, you add your levels /codes
Of all the subjects (1-7).
It is advisable that you don’t aim for the minimum points required but just a little bit more!
Information we’ve given is only a summary, so it better to also do more research on the field you want. Make sure you choose what you really want! Lastly Enjoy!

Nick Jones : Exploited .................The first book of the longest series of books I've written

Would you read it?

Chapter 1

“Hhu!” Nick exhaled simultaneously as the school bell. Thank God it was Friday. Schools has only opened for a week but like many Nick also wished it was the last day of term. He was just exhausted, to be in junior high was enough for him. He couldn’t wait for the following year and hit high school hard! He was thinking again as he stood outside his class.
His heart pounded as he caught Anne’s eyes. Anne has become more gorgeous since they began dating last week after being friends forever.

“You look exhausted.” Anne preserved. “Well, I’m tired of going to school.” He said putting his bag on the right position before Anne could correct him.
“True that!” Anne encouraged. The two had less to say to each other since they are now almost always together. They walked to the gate rather slowly as they listened to the other group of learners in front of them talking about the latest songs.
‘Hey lovebirds!” Jaime said as he came between them and put both of them under his arms. He seemed to be on his high spirit.

“What’s up?” Nick knew something was going on.
“I got an invite!” he grinned at both his friends.
“What invite?” Anne opened her eyes. “The best party soul- Derek!”
Anne’s face fell. She was reminded of all that had happened. Nick just got angry, how could Jaime bring that name up- How could he even want to go to Derek’s party after what he had done to Anne!
“Did you accept it?” Nick was concerned.
“Like hell I wouldn’t…you two can also come if you want to…you see Anne it time to show him that you are really over him!”
Is she? Nick thought as he glanced at Anne from Jaime’s chest.
“Sorry but we are not going…that’s just stupid and childish.” Nick said as the three sat on the bench, waiting for the school bus.
“Or Anne you want to go?” Nick asked. Anne opened her mouth to talk but for seconds nothing hit her mind.
“Well…um-no if you don’t want us to go than we won’t!”
Nick got confused by that. He really cared about Anne so he wanted to help her in whatever she wanted after Derek dumped her three weeks back. Nick became the one to be there for her, leading to their last week chat,
“You know Nick, you’ve really been a true friend to me…I really do appreciate it.” Anne had said last Sunday when they were sitting at the park. Nick had blushed and said. “Oh…I know you deserve better than Derek and you know I hate seeing you hurt, I care about you!” Nick had smiled. Anne had looked inside Nick’s dark eyes and said that , suddenly Nick realized that they were an inch away from each other’s lips….that is why the laws of attraction forced them to plant a tender kiss on each other’s lips. Nick’s mind got stuck on that kiss that he did not see his dad’s car.
“Stop dreaming already!” Jaime waved his hand across Nick’s face. Nick jumped up. “Oh guys see you when I do!” He ran to the car. He had forgotten that his Dad had promised to take them to a short road trip during the weekend as he was busy all winter holidays.
He threw himself on the back seat where his siblings were sitting; the parents were in the front.
Nick suddenly realized that he had left Anne unkissed, and this was not the first time he had forgotten! He pinched his arm.

“Good day to you too Nick!” Mom said with a smile. “Uh- sorry. Hello everyone!”
“Hi!” They chanted. Dad drove to the their nearest restaurant. Desires Restaurant. They all enjoyed the food there.
Three of the Jones off springs were still on their uniform while Mr. and Mrs. Jones were still on their professions outfits. Mrs. Jones was well known policewoman while Mr. Jones was a vibrant lawyer who worked around the country.
When they got to the restaurant Kayla ran to the five chaired table. “Our booth!” The waitress had recognized them.
Conversations passed around the table as they were enjoying their lunch but Nick was thinking how things had changed between him and Anne and Jaime. Jaime was the only one who was as happy while he and Anne seemed sad. How come? He asked himself.

Things have really changed, he thought. Anne used to be the cheerleader of him and Jaime but suddenly that had been Jaime’s job and Nick what was his job? To love Anne? Ever since the week began he had only been stressed….stressed.
“What about you Nick?” Dad asked. He went blank. What question was asked, he tried to think what could had been asked but it didn’t help.
“How was your day?” Everyone looked at him. “Boring!” He said. “Well things do change. Nick with a boring Friday!” Mom was right. Nick has always had exuberant Fridays, usually he would play a soccer match at school but only today he wanted to sleep.

Finally they got home, Nick ran to his bedroom to change his uniform, he than decided to call Anne.
“Hey!” He tried to be on a high spirit. “I’m sorry Anne went out,” Nick overlapped. “Out? Where?”
“Uh- She’s sleeping over her friend’s house!”
“Oh…Okay!” Nick hung up.
That did confuse him. Anne and a sleep over? Firstly Anne have no female friend…Thoughts danced around his head until it was hard for a thirteen year old to take it, so he went down stairs to be with his family.
“I have something to show you!” Nine year old Kayla said after dinner, everyone seemed to be interested including Nick , especially Nick!
Kayla ran to the study room for a few seconds, leaving everyone in the dinning room mute. “Okay, everybody join me!” Her voice called, they all walked to her.
“Wow!” Everyone sang with amazement.
“So what do you think?” Kayla asked her family.
“It amazingly superb.” Sixteen year old Matt gasped.
“It’s great darling!” Mom smiled. “Kaya you are so talented!” Nick said as he put his fingers on Kayla’s hair. But Dad said nothing. Matt glanced at him. He was literally crying!
“Dad, are you okay?” The Jones spotlight went straight to Mr. Jones..
“I…mmm- so touched about Kayla’s talent.” Everyone knew the story already. Mr. Jones Mom was also a talented painter who was only discovered by the world on her fifties, so Mr. Jones was jubilant to see his daughter coming out as early as nine years old.

“Uh honey!” Mrs. Jones smiled putting her hand around his shoulder.
“Thank you everyone. These are my ten serious paints!” Kayla was over the moon. For the next hour or so they were interrogating Kayla’s paint collection. Nick even forgot about his new girlfriend!
